　　此外，做英語(yǔ)翻譯時(shí)還應(yīng)該對(duì)英漢兩種語(yǔ)言的差別有所了解。無(wú)論是英譯漢，還是漢譯英，有些譯文出現(xiàn)過(guò)多不符合規(guī)范的語(yǔ)句，其原因就在于譯者未能擺脫原語(yǔ)的干擾。對(duì)英漢語(yǔ)差別的了解，有助于譯者克服這些干擾。比如，如果譯者知道英語(yǔ)句長(zhǎng)和漢語(yǔ)句長(zhǎng)的差別，在英譯漢時(shí)，就可以有意識(shí)地控制譯文句子的長(zhǎng)度，盡可能把原文的長(zhǎng)句拆解來(lái)，在不違背原文風(fēng)格的前提下，加以重組;漢譯英時(shí)，也可以把漢語(yǔ)的短句加以整合，以免譯文中的英文句子過(guò)短過(guò)散，不符合英語(yǔ)的行文規(guī)范。

The English sentences in Chinese are too short and scattered, which do not conform to the standard of English writing.
